Another publication from the Naturist. This time The Pool of Enchantment: Reflections on the Naturist Movement. First published in 1950, but reprinted for the third time in 1956. 64 pages with 24 pages of photographic studies of the nude by Stephen Glass. Being a font nerd I rather like the title lettering on the cover. The book is a general treatise on sun clubs and some of the issues they face. The author, Anne Seton was a well-known advocate of the movement with her monthly column, “In Answer to Yours”, in the magazine The Naturist. I don’t have the negative of the actual cover image but I do have a negative of a very similar shot obviously taken at the same time.

Great cover! What memories and fun was to be had looking at anything like this! We’re spoilt for choice now. Not complaining though. I love it!
Glad you like it.
Thanks for the words of encouragement.
