A set of vintage playing cards by De La Rue, London, featuring Pamela Green on the reverse. The cards come in a gold box with blue velvet on the outside. De La Rue are famous for making banknotes, but Thomas de la Rue, who founded the company, secured a Royal Warrant to produce playing cards in 1831. I estimate these cards to be from the mid-1950s.
